Nacole Hart Wheatley MBA, HCM

Nacole Hart Wheatley MBA, HCM has over 16 years of corporate sales, sales training, and sales management experience; currently working in energy utilities. Other industries of expertise include corporate staffing and pharmaceutical/medical sales.

Corporate leadership, management, and coaching have been the main focus for the last 8 years. Helping individuals, small/med businesses, and corporations find solutions and provide a positive experience is the goal for every interaction and relationship.

In addition to corporate sales team building, for over 9 years she has been a collegiate adjunct instructor at Harrison College, focusing on business, leadership, and sales management courses. This allows Nacole to combine corporate best practices with collegiate course discipline to produce lasting results is her field of expertise.

Nacole has a BS from Purdue University in Selling and Sales Management, and an MBA w/ a Specialization in Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Hartwell Business Solutions allows the passion for coaching and relationship building to merge with holistic healthcare; creating the best of both worlds.

Jenai Tidwell, MA, LPC-S

Jenai Tidwell, MA, LPC-S is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a LPC Supervisor. She also maintains a private practice, Fowler and Tidwell Counseling, in Houston, TX.

With over 12 plus years experience as a professional counselor, and as a graduate of Saint Xavier University specializing in Community Counseling, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. She has also worked with inmates in individual and group settings at local county jails. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, self esteem, self harm, substance abuse, co-dependency, anger management, women's issues, and adoption issues.

Jenai is an interactive CBT therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

In addition to her clinical work, Jenai serves on the board of directors for Hope Over Hurt as their Treasurer. Hope Over Hurt is a non for profit focused on empowerment, outreach, and service with a faith-based, nonjudgmental approach and a tagline of, “Love is our arsenal!”. Jenai also has a passion for holistic medicine. With a belief that functional medicine or an integrative approach is the best method to overall wellness, she hopes to bring more awareness to this way of healing to mental health.

Olajumoke "Jummy" Iyiola, LPC

Whether your present life feels unmanageable, or past hurtful experiences are still causing you pain, there is hope. Reaching out for help is the first step to making positive changes in your life. As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space in which you can share, explore, and achieve greater self-awareness. Together, we will build on the strengths you already possess to help you grow and find balance. My style of therapy is a conversational, collaborative approach aimed at helping people understand themselves better.

For over 6 years, I have worked as a therapist in various settings. I am experienced in helping people work through a variety of life challenges, including: mood related disorders such as anxiety and depression, effects of trauma and abuse, domestic violence, minority stress, problematic substance use, self-esteem issues, life transitions, relationships, grief, marriage and family and addiction. My foundation as a therapist is based on hope and grace. "What's broken can be mended. What hurts can be healed. And no matter how dark it gets, the sun is going to rise again." – Unknown. I feel it is a privilege to be able to join you in your journey.

I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore life's challenges and gain insight into how they are affecting you. I will work with you in recognizing your own power and ability to change the situations of your life, thus making it more happy and fulfilling. 

I have over 8 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults who struggle with day to day life stressors that leave one overwhelmed, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and addictions. 


Using proven therapeutic techniques, we will ensure you understand and gain control of your thoughts and feelings. This will enable you to change your outlook and final your outcomes. I know that while you cannot control what happens to you in life, you can control how you react. So when life gives becomes too difficult and overwhelming, know that you do possess the power to create the peace you seek....there is hope.

I am ready to help guide you in becoming the best version of yourself. My compassion and authenticity resonates with my clients and provides a safe space for you to explore the many facets of life.  

How may counseling help? Counseling will help navigate the waters of this thing called life. In counseling, I help clients face the uncertainty and fears that may be associated with the impending twist and turns life can bring. Through my years of education, experience, and training, I am able to help my clients build on their strengths and live the life they desire! Cookie-cutter recipes have no place in the therapeutic relationship, as I believe each person needs their own unique set of ingredients and instructions. I believe in meeting clients where they are, in an encouraging and nurturing manner, while aiding in increasing motivation and fostering hope.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master of Education in Counseling with a dual specialty in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. I have experienced in working with a wide range of client who have experienced the following;  depression, grief, loss, self-esteem, career counseling, distress, and anxiety.
